Photography Session

When hiring Portland Pet Photography for a photo session, Portland Pet Photography is the initial holder of the copyright on all images created, and retains all rights in the copyright work, including without limitation, the right to copy, distribute, publish, display or modify the copyright work, and to transfer, assign or grant license of any such rights.

The client is granted a non-exclusive copyright in perpetuity to utilize the final images, including publishing, printing, displaying, and modifying them, provided that the use is personal. The client may not reassign their limited copyright to another party. All commercial use by the client is strictly prohibited without obtaining prior written permission from Portland Pet Photography.
