Our pets are such an important part of our lives. They are part of our families, they are there for us when we need them, and they always know how to make us smile.

How many times have you thought of your childhood pet and wished you had a picture that captured how perfect they were? Or maybe you are lucky enough to have a snapshot but it’s not nearly as rich as your memories. We trust family portraits and wedding photos to professional photographers, so why not pet portraits?

Portland Pet Photography offers a unique opportunity for high quality photographs of your pet in the environment where they live and play… their native habitat. I don’t do posed studio photography - instead, the photographs will capture your pets in natural, candid shots showing their true personalities.

WHAT TO EXPECT: When you commission Portland Pet Photography, you'll receive a 1½ hour photo session at your home or pet’s favorite play place in the Portland Metro area. This session includes as many pet shots as can be taken in that time period. There is no limit to the number of pets photographed during a session. I'll select 40 or more of the best images, and fine-tune them - adjusting color, brightness, contrast, cropping and other minor editing required to make the images perfect. Within a few days you will receive an email with login information to view the pictures here on the site so you can browse them, and share the link with your family and friends. You'll also receive a link to download the entire set of final hi-resolution images so you can keep them on your computer, or upload them to your own photo-sharing site.
